Return Exchange Policy

We want the Babybellyband® to fit you perfectly!  You can exchange/return any product as long as it meets the following criteria:

    • The merchandise was purchased from Babybellyband® via babybellyband.com,  ETSY Cabeasupportwear.com, Amazon, or by telephone at 860-238-7788.
    • All exchanges/returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the original receipt of the product.
    • Products are only briefly worn. If products are soiled, stretched and/or worn, we will not be able to process your refund/exchange. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
    • Babybellyband® products which are returned damaged and/or worn will be denied refund. If buyer would like denied refund products returned, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
    • Please use the check list below to see if your item qualifies for a return
    • The refund will include ONLY the PRODUCT price, shipping is not refunded.

All returned merchandise is subject to inspection. 

To Exchange or Return from the USA:

  1. Print and complete the Return- Exchange Authorization Form
  2. Exchanges: send us an email to [email protected] requesting a free exchange label. Include your name and invoice #
  3. Returns: send us an email to [email protected] requesting your $5 return label. Include your name and invoice #
  4. Ship your Babybellyband® product(s) accompanied by the completed form to the address provided on the form or label.
  5. Once we have received your return or exchange item we will refund or send the exchange item immediately.

To Exchange or Return from an International Address:

  1. Print and complete the Return- Exchange Authorization Form
  2. Ship your item to the address on the Return/Exchange form (we do not provide return labels from International Locations)
  3. Once we have received your return or exchange item we will process it immediately (refund you or send out a new item).

Use the checklist below to determine eligibility for an exchange or refund.

    • Has the item been worn?
    • Are there creases on the band showing wear?
    • Does the product have any stains?
    • Does the product have a personal or perfumed scent?
    • Has the band been washed?
    • Is there any dirt or pet hair on the band?

If you answered "no" to all of these questions, your product(s) can be sent in for an exchange/return.
