We want the Babybellyband® to fit perfectly and for you to be fully satisfied. You can exchange/return any product as long as it meets the following criteria:
- The merchandise was purchased from Babybellyband® via babybellyband.com, ETSY Cabeasupportwear, or by telephone at 860-238-7788.
- All exchanges/returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the original receipt of the product.
- Products are only briefly worn. If products are soiled, stretched and/or worn, we will not be able to process your refund/exchange. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Babybellyband® products which are returned damaged and/or worn will be denied refund. If you would like denied refund products returned, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please see the check list for qualified returns on the printable authorization form.
- The refund will include ONLY the PRODUCT price, shipping is not refunded.
All returned merchandise is subject to inspection.
To Request an Exchange/Return
- Print and complete the authorization form.
- Ship your unworn/unused Babybellyband® product(s) accompanied by the completed form to the address provided on the form.
- Once we have processed and approved your request, we will ship your product(s) in the event of any exchange, or in the event of a return, you will be credited within 7 business days.
Replacement items are not shipped until the returned item(s) is/are received; inspected, and approved by our exchange department. Exchanges are usually completed within 3 business days of receipt of product and shipped via US mail. Transit time-may vary by location. **Proof of shipping is not proof of delivery, so we highly recommend you ship your exchange with a tracking number to ensure your shipment is successfully delivered.
Use the checklist below to determine eligibility for an exchange or refund.
- Has the item been worn?
- Are there creases on the band showing wear?
- Does the product have any stains?
- Does the product have a personal or perfumed scent?
- Has the band been washed?
- Is there any dirt or pet hair on the band?
If you answered “no” to all of these questions, your product(s) can be sent in for an exchange/return.
