Return Exchange Policy
We want the Babybellyband® to fit you perfectly! You can exchange/return any product as long as it meets the following criteria:
- The merchandise was purchased from Babybellyband® via babybellyband.com, ETSY Cabeasupportwear, or by telephone at 860-238-7788.
- All exchanges/returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the original receipt of the product.
- Products are only briefly worn. If products are soiled, stretched and/or worn, we will not be able to process your refund/exchange. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Babybellyband® products which are returned damaged and/or worn will be denied refund. If buyer would like denied refund products returned, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
- Please see the check list for qualified returns on the printable authorization form.
- The refund will include ONLY the PRODUCT price, shipping is not refunded.
All returned merchandise is subject to inspection.
To Request an Exchange/Return
- Print and complete the Return Exchange Authorization Form
- Ship your unworn/unused Babybellyband® product(s) accompanied by the completed form to the address provided on the form.
- Once we have processed and approved your request, we will ship your product(s) in the event of any exchange, or in the event of a return, you will be credited within 7 business days.
Exchange items are not shipped until the returned item(s) is/are received, or we can ship a new size immediately if you call ( 1-860-238-7788 ) us with a credit card number which we will keep on file until we recieve the exchange back. Exchanges are usually completed within 1-2 business days of receipt of product and shipped via US mail. Transit time-may vary by location. We will provide free shipping for exchanges.
**Proof of shipping is not proof of delivery. We highly recommend products are shipped back with a tracking number to ensure your shipment is successfully delivered.
Use the checklist below to determine eligibility for an exchange or refund.
- Has the item been worn?
- Are there creases on the band showing wear?
- Does the product have any stains?
- Does the product have a personal or perfumed scent?
- Has the band been washed?
- Is there any dirt or pet hair on the band?
If you answered "no" to all of these questions, your product(s) can be sent in for an exchange/return.
